  • To open your account with us, we require completing and signing all necessary forms, including credit card or banking forms. Verification of bank or commercial references may take up to three to five business days for processing, and not all applications will be approved.
  • Should your credit card payment be declined, this will cause a delay in shipping. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping errors or delays arising from your inaccurate or outdated information. Once an order is in processing, we are unable to modify any order details.
  • All orders are dispatched from our facility in Ho Chi Minh City. While we offer same-day shipping as an option, we cannot guarantee it. If a shipment is not dispatched on the same day, we bear no responsibility for any associated shipping credits or upgrades.
